Max then uses a blend of his knowledge, skillful training techniques and energetic personality to help you achieve you goals. He is does not allow any negative thoughts and helps you not only change your body, but also your mindset and attitude to fitness and health.

This provides a starting block to work from. the results of this assessment a programme will be designed to target the areas that you want to improve.

BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
This gives more information regarding your body then a simple pair of scales would. It helps you to know about your body fat, muscle mass and water content. Keeping track of these measurements will help you to stay motivated as you process.

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
