By joining the MK27 Fitness Running Club, you’ll build muscle, tone up, loose weight, boost your fitness and cardiovascular activity.

Everyone. So if you want to improve your running – come along!

Tuesday’s at 6:30pm -7:30pm. Meeting at Priestnall Gym, Heaton Moor, Stockport, SK4 3HR
Is it just running?
A variety of training methods are used – all aimed at improving your running technique, speed and stamina.
These include: – interval, sprint, distance, hill and step training
